We strive to maintain a clean, orderly environment and provide the highest level of service. However, please be aware that our ingredients are stored side-by-side, and multiple items are prepared on the same cutting boards, utensils, and in the same oven. Because of this shared space, there is always a natural risk of cross-contact.

If you have a severe allergy, you must notify our team before ordering. When informed of a severe allergy, our staff will gladly take extra preventative measures, including:

• Sanitising and cleaning dedicated preparation surfaces
• Changing gloves and using fresh, sanitized utensils
• Swapping out ingredient containers to use untouched, fresh batches
